If you experience any issues with delivery after we have shipped it. Please file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for your order once it has been dropped off.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to COVID, all sales are FINAL! No exceptions. If you receive a damaged item (s) New Beginnings has to be notified within 5 days for replacement. Please carefully enter the correct address for delivery.  We are not responsible for any displacements. Our printing system prints strictly from the information you enter when placing order.
